Who’s that Jumbun in the Log? is the delightful tale of a house-proud, home-loving witchetty grub called Jumbie. The word ‘jumbun’ is the name commonly used by the Yidinji people of Far North Queensland for the witchetty grub.
Jumbie loves her comfortable, clean log in the rainforest. Unlike her best friend, Bungy, she prefers to stay close to home, but when forest intruders force her out, Jumbie has to learn a thing or two about what it really means to be a jumbun.
