Working under the supervision of the General Manager, the Project Officer provides project and administration support across a range of functions, including awards, scholarships and program delivery, reporting, fundraising, communications, and campaigns. The Project Officer has broad engagement with creators and partners, and enjoys collaborative and creative input, with the opportunity to initiate and develop new projects and partnerships in liaison with the wider team.
Project Officer
FTE: Full-time 1 FTE (or part-time 0.8 FTE negotiable)
Location: Rubibi (Broome), must be prepared to live and work in Rubibi (Broome).
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver Magabala’s cultural and creative development programs, including awards, scholarships and special projects, and provide administrative support for fundraising, grants and income-generating activity.
