Dot was a Noongar woman from Western Australia’s south west region. As the mother of nine children, she immersed herself in family life. Then, during the sixties, she launched a career as a theatre and television actress. Dot told her story to Beryl Hackner who was born in Zimbabwe and arrived in Australia in 1982.
