Shipping & Returns

Generally, titles in stock are delivered within 5–10 working days of payment when shipped to an Australian address.

We send overseas orders by airmail.

Magabala Books uses Australia Post to deliver its items. When choosing Express Post, please note that Broome is outside the ‘Next Day Delivery’ network. You will not receive your parcel the next day but shipping times are generally quicker than the regular service.

When placing an order for books through our website, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection.

As Magabala Books cannot offer Sale or Return and Consignment terms, Returns are accepted only in the case of faulty or damaged goods. In the event of faulty or damaged books, a refund is payable or credit applied.

In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged book, we will refund the amount of the damaged item. Please contact us via email at info@magabala.com and we'll get back to you promptly.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. 

Magabala Books reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.
