Diana Plater is a writer, journalist and consultant. As a journalist, she has covered conflicts from Nicaragua to Washington and art stories from Sydney to New York. She has written for magazines and newspapers in Australia and overseas and run her own media consultancy business. She has also worked as a producer, trainer and university lecturer and tutor. In 1993, Diana asked Ollie Smith if she could interview her about her life, forming the basis of a collaboration resulting in the publication of Raging Partners Two Worlds, One Friendship. This book is no longer in print.
