Francine is a descendant of the Bardi and Jaawi people from the Dampier Peninsula in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia. She has been a professional artist for over fifteen years and her work is held in collections in Australia and overseas. She is also well-known for her public art in cities and towns throughout Western Australia.
