Hylton Laurel is a Walmajarri man from Millijidee, a tiny and remote community in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Hylton wrote and illustrated The Cowboy Frog when he was only nine years old and the manuscript won an achievement award in the WA Multicultural Book Competition.
